However, if an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing defects or does not meet the intended specifications, we will offer to repair, replace, or refund the value of the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To initiate a claim for a faulty item, please contact us with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the claim and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
